We should now be caught up. While I have not really overcome the bug from last week, I am at least functional. If you see me on yahoo, feel free to send me a note. As a reminder, I have office hours each Tuesday from 12-2 and during that time I also come online to yahoo Instant Messaging if you want to talk about your individual project or anything else in the course. You have two weeks of class time to focus on this project, so I am expecting high quality work from everyone.
Below are a couple comments on Module 2. You should have received a personal e-mail from me over this weekend and grades will be posted to blackboard tonight.
Module 2: Actions
Take a look at the blogs of Page and Binder to see examples of high quality posts of the action section of Module 2. Below are the grades for module 2- actions. I am posting these now so you can see how you are performing in comparison to others in the class and what a normal grade distribution will look like in this course.
Grades (98, 97, 96, 94, 93, 93, 92, 90, 89, 89, 88, 87, 85, 85, 83, 83, 80, 75, 72)
Module 2: Reactions
For a good summary of much of what I was thinking when assigning this specific assignment, check out Stephen King's blog post. For other high quality reflections on the subject, check out the blogs of Evan Allard and Ryan Kotsur. While I do not necessarily agree with everything said in these blogs, I want to point out the degree of thought and reflection that each person put into this assignment.
